  1. All return requests should be submitted within 14 days of your package being delivered.

  2. Returned items MUST be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged. We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, altered and damaged. Returned items MUST be in original packaging and have original tag attached undamaged.

  3. Items on Clearance cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

  4. Perfect Match is not responsible for any delays.

  5. Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued, less the original outbound shipping expense.
